Finding our faith is a process. No one would ask someone to make a decision that will effect the rest of their life before they even know what they are choosing. As we grow God reveals Himself to us and everybody sees God in a different way. The only problem is that our lower selves wants nothing more than for us to give up the search to spirituality and turn to the pleasures of this world apart from spiritual pleasure. Revelation gives us an objective source of spiritual truth that enlightens the mind and helps us to navigate life even when the darkness of selfishness is clouding our minds.
